I can't run any program through shortcuts in "Run as an Administrator mode"
Hi, I would like to verify if you received any error message. Did you turn off UAC? Does the issue occur on new shortcuts? If the issue occurred recently, you can perform system restore first. Also, please try clean boot and disable your security software to avoid confliction. Niki Han TechNet Community Support

I assume you are logged in with a user ID in the administrators group. Right click on a shortcut and select properties. Click on the compatibility tab. Check the box next to "Run this program as an administrator." does this work? Jerry

I have some accounts in the administration group and try to create new shortcuts in each of them, but unfortunately compatibility tab options aren't active.

I can't run any program through shortcuts in "Run as an Administrator mode" Also I can't start Manage button from right click mouse on shortcut "My computer" But all programs run from their native locations or any places by click right mouse in "Run as an Administrator mode", but don't run in any place through their shortcuts. It regards only for "Run as an Administrator mode" in usual mode shortcuts make and work normally.
